Shipping Cost is High , we make sure every container loading fully !

The shipping cost keeps increasing since 2020 , and no trend to stop , many customers give up buying from China because of high shipping cost , luckily our customers till work with us , maybe because we do not increase the price and our price is cheaper compared with others , honestly speaking for all the current order the profit is very low just keep the cost , the wood raw material increases a lot also , the exchange rate between RMB and USD down a lot , labor cost also increases , these three factors leading to our cost increase a lot , but we still try our best to support our customers , we know every people is very hard now , honestly speaking I donot why the shipping cost needs so high , they said no container , even though you can ship back , I remember the regular shipping cost for 40ft HQ to America or Europe is 2500$, even you ship back just double that is 5000$ is enough , but the price now to America is over 15000$, to Europe is over 12000$ , I feel this is shipping company increases the price by themself , do you know the profit for COSCO China ? For the first Season in 2021(Jan., Feb., March), only this three month , their profit is 15.45 billion RMB which increases about 5200% compared with the first season in 2020 , so I think we now should know the reason why the shipping cost keeps increase .

To make sure no waste of the shipping cost , our workers try our best to loading the container full to help customer save money , yesterday just load one container with fully pine stretcher bar for gallery wrapped with round arc , the profile is 1.5" thickness but the width is a little narrow which can help customer save the money but no effect on the usage . The above photo is really taken from our mass production , you can see our regular mass production quality , the reason we can live so long in stretcher bar line is because we can gurantee the quality consistency , not like some company they may offer good sample , but when mass production you will find many defects , such as the stretcher bar surface is not smooth , the wood bar is not straight , the tongue and groove can not match perfectly ect., if you buy from us you will never worry about these problems , what our can promise is that our mass production will not worse than the sample . And for every customer's sample we will make record and report for each shipment .
